For agencies
One login, every client.
Agency creates a separate organisation for each client — their members, their domains, their invitations stay scoped to that org. You context-switch from the dashboard sidebar. When the rollout is done, hand the org over to the client and they keep all the history. Domain count rolls up across every org you manage, so the volume discount applies to your whole book.
FAQ
Pricing questions
- Can I monitor just one domain?
- Yes — on Pro. €15/quarter or €50/year for one domain. Agency requires 3+ domains either way (it's built for managing multiple clients).
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days on both Pro and Agency. Payment method required at signup; we don't charge for the first 14 days and you can cancel any time during the trial with no charge. After 14 days the subscription auto-converts and your first invoice is billed on day 15.
- Are reports or records metered?
- No. You can receive a hundred reports a day per domain or one — same price. We do not bill for ingest volume. The only thing we charge by is the number of monitored domains.
- What's the actual difference between Pro and Agency?
- Two things. (1) Multi-tenant — one login, many client orgs, ownership handoff, volume discount summed across the book. (2) White-labeled client tenants — your brand name, logo, primary colour and support email per org, plus an optional custom domain. Everything else — ingestion, attribution, source IP, AI auto-policy management, daily digests, drift detection, integrations — is identical.
- What does Enterprise actually mean?
- It's the band where Pro or Agency stop fitting. Typical Enterprise asks: SSO, audit log, regional data pinning, contractual SLA, custom retention, vendor-onboarding paperwork. Tell us what you need and we'll quote — both pricing and timeline.
- What happens if I add a domain mid-period?
- Pro-rated to the day. We add the new line item starting from the day you verified it, billed at the next cycle.
- What happens if I remove a domain?
- Pro-rated credit applied to your next invoice. If you drop below the tier minimum (Agency only), the minimum charge still applies until you add the missing domains.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Yes. Registered non-profits and actively-maintained OSS projects get 50% off Pro or Agency — email hello@dmarcify.dev with proof. Startups under 18 months old or 10 employees get 50% off Pro for the first year. Both stack with volume discounts.
- Can I switch cadence?
- Yes, from the dashboard. Switching to a longer cadence prorates the unused portion onto the new invoice.
- Can I downgrade or cancel?
- Any time, from the dashboard. We bill at the start of each period and prorate downward. Annual customers get a pro-rata refund.
